Corero Network Security plc (“Corero” or “the Company”) has announced that it has entered into a conditional agreement to sell its entire legal and beneficial holding in the Company’s subsidiary, Corero Business Systems (“CBS”), to Civica UK Limited. Corero Network Security plc has called a general meeting of the shareholders of the Company (“Shareholder”) to be held at the offices of finnCap at 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 9.30 a.m. on 31 July 2013 to approve the sale, which is conditional upon Shareholder approval.
